I have a number of Aged Ticket incidents that I need to resolve. Is there a method that will allow me to select a number of incidents, say 50 or more, and resolve them en masse?
I do remember the previous administrator showing me how to do this but he has since left the organisation and cannot be contacted for advice. Along with this I believe that this was before we upgraded to the Berlin Release but I am not sure if this will have any impact on my query.
