Stamp Approvals - RITM is not firing consistently

Stamp Approvals - RITM is not firing consistently that leeds to null field in the start date of the Approved to closed in the metrics.
this may not happens for the single instance but this issue is happening for the bulk data and also observed that mainly this issue happens for the auto approved request.
